Refund policy

We are committed to providing you with high-quality Drizzilicious snacks, including drizzled kettle corn, mini rice cakes, and popular variety packs (such as Birthday Cake, Salted Caramel, Cookies & Cream, Lemon, Strawberry, and Cocoa). Due to the nature of food and snack products, we have established the following refund and return policy to ensure your satisfaction and food safety.

1. Returns Window

As we sell food and snack items, all return requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your items. If 30 days have passed since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your snack items must be unopened, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them. For health and food safety standards, any opened, consumed, or artificially damaged food items are not eligible for return unless the product arrived with a manufacturing defect, compromised seal, or severe transit damage.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at contact@drizzilicieus.shop with your order number, reason for return, and photos if the items were damaged during shipping. Once approved, we will provide you with return instructions and our return address: 335 Beverly Pl, Santa Ana, CA 92701.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

5. Shipping Costs

•For returns resulting from our error (such as defective products or incorrect shipments), we will cover the return shipping costs.

•For returns due to customer preference, initial shipping charges (if any) and return shipping costs are non-refundable and will be borne by the customer.
